Cookies and device storage
Kruz Collection uses cookies and browser storage to make accounts, shopping and security work. This policy also covers local storage, session storage and browser caches. Contact support@kruzcollection.com for details.
Essential storage
Authentication storage keeps you signed in. Shopping storage keeps your bag and preferences between visits. Session storage remembers whether the opening splash has appeared and supports password recovery. These functions are needed to provide the requested experience and are not used to sell personal information.
Preferences and recent activity
We remember choices such as display currency, light or dark mode, install-prompt dismissal and recently viewed products on your device. Your account may separately store profile and notification preferences. Removing local storage does not delete your account, purchases or server-held profile.
Third-party services
Payment providers and services reached from the checkout may use their own cookies or equivalent technologies for fraud prevention, authentication and transaction handling. Their policies apply on their services. Any non-essential analytics or advertising introduced later must be disclosed with appropriate choices before use.
Your choices
You can remove device caches from Settings without signing out. This clears shopping and recent-view data on the device while retaining the authentication session. Browser controls can also block or delete storage; blocking essential storage may prevent login, checkout or preference retention. Sign out separately to end the account session on a shared device.
