Seller Agreement
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Joining the marketplace
This agreement applies to independent sellers hosting products on Kruz Collection. You must provide accurate business and contact information and have the right to sell your products. A hosting subscription does not grant administrator access. Contact support@kruzcollection.com for seller assistance.
Hosting plans
Plan prices, listing limits and featured allowances are shown before you subscribe. Access depends on verified payment and the plan period. Expired subscriptions hide listings until renewed. Renewals and changes use the displayed checkout terms; no automatic renewal is implied unless explicitly agreed. A hosting plan does not guarantee sales or placement beyond its stated allowances.
Product standards
Publish accurate descriptions, pricing, sizes, stock and photographs. Only list genuine, lawful goods you own or are authorised to sell. Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or misleading products are prohibited. Respect trademarks and copyrights and do not upload personal information or media without permission.
Orders and fulfilment
Maintain stock accuracy, fulfil accepted orders promptly and provide truthful tracking updates. Cooperate with returns, complaints and consumer-law obligations. Do not redirect marketplace customers to unapproved payment channels or mark orders paid without verification. Customer details may be used only to fulfil and support the relevant order.
Payments and records
Payment collection uses Flutterwave or the offered crypto provider. Payout arrangements, deductions, taxes and any applicable fees must be disclosed and agreed separately; a dashboard earnings figure is not a promise of immediately available funds. You are responsible for business taxes and legally required records. Contact support for reconciliation or payment disputes.
Suspension and termination
We may hide listings or suspend access for policy breaches, fraud, security risks or unpaid hosting. We will communicate reasons where appropriate and allow review through support. Closing a store does not remove responsibilities for existing orders, returns, disputes or lawful record retention. Nigerian law and mandatory rights apply.
