Using Kruz Collection
These terms govern the Kruz Collection marketplace. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be legally able to enter an agreement or use the service with appropriate adult supervision. Contact support@kruzcollection.com with questions.
Accounts and listings
Provide accurate account and delivery information and keep your password secure. Email confirmation is required. Do not impersonate others, abuse the service, submit unlawful content or attempt to bypass access controls. Sellers are responsible for their listings; product measurements, photographs and colours may vary slightly in practice.
Prices and orders
Base prices are in Nigerian naira. Displayed foreign-currency estimates depend on exchange rates; the charge currency and final amount are shown before payment. Delivery fees and discounts are presented at checkout. Order acceptance depends on stock and successful verification of payment. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about a replacement or refund rather than charge for an unavailable product.
Payments
Supported payments are offered through Flutterwave and the crypto payment provider shown at checkout. Never send funds outside the official checkout. Crypto transfers may be irreversible and network fees may apply. An order is paid only after provider verification. Follow the exact currency, network and amount requested by the payment provider.
Marketplace responsibilities
Kruz sells its own pieces and hosts independent sellers. The listing and order identify the relevant seller. We help coordinate orders and support but independent sellers remain responsible for lawful products and accurate fulfilment. Returns and delivery are governed by the published policies and any mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property and disputes
The Kruz name, branding and original content may not be copied or used without permission. You retain rights to content you submit and grant permission to display it to operate the service. Nigerian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer rights. Contact support first to resolve disputes; legal remedies remain available. We may update these terms prospectively and identify the latest revision date.
