Who we are
Kruz Collection is a Nigeria-based fashion marketplace. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, create an account, buy products or host a seller store. Contact support@kruzcollection.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
We collect account contact details, profile information you choose to provide, delivery addresses, order history, seller information and communications with support. We also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device, browser and activity information. Recently viewed products and preferences may be saved on your device.
How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, confirm orders, arrange delivery, process payments, support sellers, prevent fraud and respond to requests. We process information where needed to perform our agreement, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate operational interests. Optional marketing is based on your choices and can be withdrawn.
Payments and sharing
Flutterwave and our crypto payment provider process payments under their own privacy terms. We do not store full card details or wallet private keys. We share only information needed with the relevant seller, delivery partners, payment services and infrastructure providers. Providers may process information outside Nigeria; we seek appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for orders, accounts, legal records and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Access controls and secure connections help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Nigerian data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or object to certain processing. Contact support@kruzcollection.com; we may verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. The service is not directed at children; an adult must manage purchases for minors.
